RETURN & REFUND POLICY

1. Supreme Fence & Toilet Hire Pty Ltd

Supreme Fence & Toilet Hire provides hire services including temporary fencing, portable toilets and related equipment. As our products are primarily supplied on a hire basis, returns, cancellations and refunds are subject to the applicable quotation, hire agreement and our Terms & Conditions.

2. Cancellations and Changes

Customers should contact us as soon as possible if they need to cancel or change an order. Cancellation, delivery, collection, labour or other charges may apply where equipment has already been allocated, dispatched, delivered or installed.

3. Early Return of Hired Equipment

If hired equipment is returned or collected before the end of the agreed minimum hire period, the customer may remain responsible for charges applicable to the agreed minimum hire period, subject to the hire agreement and applicable law.

4. Damaged, Lost or Missing Equipment

Customers are responsible for hired equipment while it is under their care or control in accordance with our Terms & Conditions. Charges may apply for equipment that is lost, stolen, damaged beyond reasonable wear and tear, or not available for collection.

5. Service Issues

If you believe equipment or a service supplied by us is faulty, damaged, incorrect or has not been provided as agreed, please contact us promptly. We will investigate the matter and, where appropriate, arrange repair, replacement, re-service, account credit or refund.

6. Refunds

Approved refunds will generally be made using the original payment method where reasonably practicable. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution.

Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude, restrict or modify any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable legislation.
