Know This Before You Book<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>The service starts at AED 120 for the first hour, with AED 65 charged for every additional 30 minutes.<\/li>\n<li>A 30-minute fee applies if the service is booked but not used.<\/li>\n<li>If you request a quote but choose not to proceed, 50% of the visit fee will apply.<\/li>\n<li>Canceling within 2 hours of the appointment will incur a charge equal to 50% of the booking value.<\/li>\n<li>Additional materials needed, such as pipes or connectors, will be billed separately with an additional procurement fee of AED 35.<\/li>\n<li>We are happy to help source additional materials, but availability may take 2\u20133 days depending on the market.<\/li>\n<li>In rare cases where materials are unavailable, the booking fee is non-refundable.<\/li>\n<li>For drilling work on Sundays, Public Holidays, or after 5 PM (Mon\u2013Sat), please arrange required permits in advance.<\/li>\n<li>Please ensure full access to the work area so our technician can complete the job smoothly.
